2. For Customers

All products are fulfilled and delivered by partner brands.

Shipping timelines, delivery charges, returns, and exchanges are handled by the respective brands.

SCF Shop is not responsible for delays, product quality issues, or delivery-related concerns, but may assist in coordination where possible.
3. For Partner Brands

Brands can list their products on SCF Shop with no entry or onboarding fee.

SCF Shop charges a 10% commission on each successful (delivered) order.

Brands are responsible for:

Accurate product listings (pricing, descriptions, images)

Order fulfillment and delivery

Handling returns, exchanges, and customer issues

Brands agree to process orders in a timely manner and maintain clear communication.

Commission payments must be settled on a mutually agreed schedule (e.g., weekly).
4. Payments

Payments for orders may be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) or other methods as applicable.

Brands are responsible for collecting payments (in COD cases) and settling SCF Shop’s commission accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the SCF Shop website, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Serve & Care Foundation and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
SCF Shop acts as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for:

Delivery delays or failures

Disputes between customers and partner brands
7. Termination
SCF Shop reserves the right to remove any brand or product from the platform at its discretion if terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
